The ad credits will be available to small and medium businesses, who advertise directly with Google or through Google partners, around the world with active accounts since the beginning of 2019.
Credits will be provided to SMB advertisers that have been active advertisers since Jan 1, 2019 and comply with all Google Ads T&Cs.

Secondly, Google Analytics can only be accessed via a gmail account or with an email address that is associated with a gmail account.
You can still use your work email address, though you will need to follow the steps here to associate your email to a gmail account

Why do I appear in a higher position in my search, than is shown in Search Console?
Firstly the Google Search results are an ever-changing, dynamic list.
The ranking results go through a number of factors as to where the listing is actually positioned. No search is the same.
It may be that you have previously visited your website from a service related search, and Google sees this that you are more likely to click through to your website, as opposed to the competitors also listed, making your position priority.
The ecommerce data in my cms platform report doesn’t match the Google Analytics figure?
Having a variance between two different platforms is quite common and this could be because of multiple reasons:
- The timestamp for tracking in website platform could be different from Google Analytics. In Google Analytics, there is a data processing delay which can cause transactions to show up hours/day later.
- Cancelled transactions in the website platform reporting are automatically removed from reports, though in Google Analytics sometimes this functionality is not enabled during setup. This may lead to a slightly higher revenue figure in Google Analytics.
- The difference in calculating the Revenue metric. Often website platforms don’t add shipping cost and tax to the Revenue figure, whereas Google Analytics include this in the Revenue.
How do I know if I have Structured Data installed in my site?
There are a number of ways you can test this. You can either View Page Source and look for the Schema code, otherwise you can use Google’s Structured Data Testing Tool.

How do i find my local tax invoices and statements for Google Ads?
There are a few reasons why you might not be able to find certain local tax invoices or statements:
- Local tax invoices and statements are generated monthly, while charges can occur throughout the month (for your records, you can print a receipt for each payment). A local tax invoice or statement for a particular month is available by the 5th business day of the following month. For example, your April local tax invoice or statement will be ready no later than May 5 (this assumes that May 1-5 doesn't include a weekend).
- If no payment requests have happened in your account in a particular month, a local tax invoice isn't generated for that month, or an empty local tax invoice is generated. If there was also no usage in your account in a particular month, a statement isn’t generated for that month either.
- You might have forgotten to adjust the date range on the transaction history table. Be sure to set the date range above the table so it corresponds to the local tax invoices or statements you want to see.

My YouTube Video campaign is not gaining impressions or clicks?
First thing you need to check if your ad is fully approved. Google usually takes 2 business days to approve a video ad.
If your ad is fully approved and still not gaining impressions or clicks, it would be good to check your bidding settings and see if the minimum bidding criteria is met for your particular ad format.
Also, checking your targeting settings can be one of the options as targeting a narrow audience can sometimes result in no impressions or clicks coming through.

Ad Rank is the position of a particular ad in Google search results. The position is based on the bid price for the particular keyword and the Quality Score.
Can I make my YouTube videos private?
Once a video has gone live, you can definitely change this to be private. You will often notice channels that are longer running will often have older, less professional videos removed.
These aren’t necessarily ‘permanently deleted’, they are often just set as Private. This can be done if you are logged in to the channel that is the owner of the video.
Navigate to the video you wish to be set as private, and in the Description section below the video, select ‘Edit Video’. Once on the Video details page, select ‘Visibility’ on the right hand side, and from the drop-down, select ‘Private’ and ‘Done’.
I can’t log into my Wordpress website using /wp-admin/ as a suffix?
No need to worry about that! There is an alternative login suffix which you can use to log in. Please enter the URL of your Wordpress site, followed by the suffix /wp-login.php. Still can’t get in? You can always get in touch with Web Wonks and we can help you.
What if I accidentally publish a new page which is not ready to go live yet?
Not an issue. You can always go to the publish section of that particular page and edit the ‘Status’ of the page from published to draft.
After adding content on my page with ‘Elementor’, can I still save it as a Draft?
You surely can! Once you are done adding the content or making changes to it, you can click on the arrow button (to the right of the publish/update green button), and save your work as a draft or template.

Yes that is what has been offered by the government. Our registered service is only $1950 (exl GST), which means you can work with Web Wonks & another service provider.
We believe that the total fund should be spread as far as possible. We do not agree with service providers who offer services that cost far in excess of what they would charge in a normal commercial setting.
Where can I find the Google Analytics tracking code to provide to my web developer?
You can see the tracking code for your Google Analytics account under Admin Settings (bottom left corner, corg button). Under the Property column, go to ‘Tracking Info > Tracking Code’.
The number that comes on the right panel ‘UA-XXXXXX-X’ is your tracking code and you can also provide the Google Site Tag code snippet to your web developer.
How Important is it to Update my Company Info Regularly on a Google My Business Listing?
It is very important to keep your company information up to date as customers use that information to reach your business. Not only this, Google appreciates those businesses who actively manage the information on their listings and keep it updated.

To add an Instagram business account to your Business Manager, you must have the username and password for the account.
The Instagram business account you're trying to add can't be owned by another business. Instagram business accounts can only be claimed by one Business Manager.
