H: So Jeff, you wanted to offer some advice to listeners today?
J: Hi Heather. Yes, it’s that time of year where most of us are back into the swing of things and it’s time to get serious about our digital plans for the year.
I know I have beaten this drum before, but I can’t stress enough how important your Google Business Profile is. For example in the last 30 days the Web Wonks website has generated 1200 users organically, but over 3500 people have seen our Google Business Profile on the Search Engine.
People see your brand & contact details before they ever come to your website – so having as many reviews as possible, having your products listed, and recent posts up, all adds to the likelihood people will contact you.
The other point I would raise is the need to track either the Cost Per Lead of your ads, or the Return On Ad Spend. You should know what kind of return you are getting from your ads – always focus on leads and revenue!
