H: So Jeff, you wanted to explain a bit more about GA4
J: Hi Heather,
Yes, many will have heard about Google Analytics 4 by now, it’s the new version of website tracking that Google released last year. For most businesses it should be used with the more common universal analytics.
GA4 allows companies to build better audience lists for smarter ad targeting and they can also drill down into attribution metrics as well.
Today I want to mention 2 advanced features - purchase probability – the probability that a user who was active on your website in the past 28 days will generate a purchase within the next 7 days.
And revenue prediction - the revenue expected from all purchase events within the next 28 days from the users who were active on your website in the past month.
If you are into ecommerce, you need to be into GA4, you need to give us a call.

H: And Jeff, how is that funding for Auckland Businesses coming along?
J: Oooooh, so close. My little birdies are telling that we are not far off having a solution in place for service providers, which in turn means we can deliver to Auckland based businesses.
