Jeff McGregor – CEO / Founder

The underlying innovation of Web Wonks kicked off in 2009 when i first started working in the online field. By 2013 Web Wonks was firmly established as a Google centric analytics business with a focus on conversions. Over the years i have been fortunate to work with some amazing people and some amazing clients.

With Web Wonks being run by such a strong team, my focus is mainly split 3 ways. Running the company at the executive level, growing our client roster, and innovating in the field of web analytics.

While i might be the face of Web Wonks, it is the team who work on behalf of our clients week in week out, who are the real embodiment of our ethics to  always imparting value through transparency.



Jaye Anthony – Head of Client Accounts

I am Head of Client Accounts here at Web Wonks, and I am extremely proud of the Web Wonks team, and personally believe in the knowledge and expertise that Web Wonks provides in a forever changing industry.


I have a varied background ranging from Social Work to a number of administrative roles. I thoroughly enjoy working within in a fast upscale environment, and I thrive on diversity.


I am undeniably customer focussed, and extremely driven to deliver the very best for Web Wonk’s clients. I achieve this via transparency, integrity and ensuring that industry best practice is adhered to at all times.

Raja Sharma – Head of Insights

I joined Web Wonks in July 2014, first working within the Operations team and then moving into the Insights team where I am now Head of Insights and Innovation.

I have come a long way in the past few years with understanding what is most important for our clients. As part of my role I strive to educate our clients and help them to understand their data. I always say ’The more you know about the targets, the better your decisions will be for where to spend your money’.

I like to emphasise that it’s not only about helping the client with revenue generation, but that it is also incredibly important to give you insights on your targets.

I come from a customer service background and always endeavour to deliver the best possible outcome for the client.

Tracey Fox – Traffic Controller (operations)

I like to take an authentic and focussed approach to my role and work. I am highly committed to quality workflow and deliverables, as I have high standards, and I always aim to exceed client timelines and expectations.

I have an original manner derived from my background as a sports strength & conditioning coach, and athlete mentor. I comprehensively understand business having worked previously for a major financial institution, and other multi-faceted organisations.

I have several certificates in management, Diploma in Business and a Bachelors Degree in Coaching. I apply my education, experience and knowledge to all that I do.
