A: So Jeff, over the last 6 months you have built your own workflow system from scratch. Can you tell us about that?
J: Good day mate, in the last 6 months we have been travelling at warp speed. With growth happening across the economy, and particularly in the digital space, we at Web Wonks are acutely aware we need to do things smarter, not harder.
Now for long time listeners, they will know that Web Wonks is dedicated to delivering high value, transparent, fully scoped work to our clients. And our previous job tracking tool, while helpful, was an off the shelf service and meant considerable administration and compliance costs had to be absorbed.
Our new system is built in Microsoft Power Apps, which is a low code / no code solution. Which was super helpful, given I built the solution myself and I don’t know how to code.
What I do know, is that we have freed up over 20% of extra capacity and we have only just gotten started.

A: So how does this impact clients?
J: For starters, more quality, I mean we already have pretty robust process, but we can virtually guarantee when work will be delivered. This means our focus is on value.
Our internal mid management team have much more time in their work weeks, for more training of our staff, and more time focusing on delivering more leads and revenue for our clients.
