H: Jeff, what’s been going on with businesses this lockdown? 

J: Hi Heather,

Well pivot is so 2020, this lockdown, we have seen businesses, really bed in their online plans. Our clients have doubled down on their online strategies and all throughout the last month, it’s been yielding results. 

Now however, attention is being turn to Christmas and planning for lockdowns to be a feature of life. So online only, click and collect, and in-store campaign messaging options, all need to be included.

H: And Jeff, you have a message for Aucklanders 

J: Yeah I do, I am a born and bred Aucklander and I love this city – we are graced with beautiful parks and beaches, but it’s the people that make it so amazing. Every day kiwis, from all walks of life, from all parts of the world. 

We need to support our local business owners, especially those in hospitality, tourism, and retail. For those who have some pent up discretionary spend, get takeaways every night and this Christmas, buy presents for everyone you know. 

For those that money is tight, a smile is worth more than you can know. Share them far and wide.

For our part, we have given $100 to every staff member and asked them to spend it local.
